Subject:Re: So how is everyone liking the update and what tonewheel sets are tickling your fancy?
So, what does these controls do on the mojo/vbce2?
My understanding from the schematics in the B3 and H100 service manuals is
the matching transformers are used in place of potentiometers, with each
contact on a drawbar connecting the tones to a different number of turns on
the matching transformer (thus more volume for that 'number'), but I'm new
to a lot of this. My understanding lines up with the explanation given
on http://www.dairiki.org/HammondWiki/MatchingTransformer
There are 9 sliders on the mojo UI which suggests something different - so,
what do they do? Is it like a trim pot for the overall signal level for the
drawbar?
