It's the same as the drawlights: the Lo/Up button selects which
keyboard is currently used with the drawsliders (or drawbuttons). It
also changes the focus of the vibrato on/off and percussion on/off buttons.

No, I suspect that it was easy to drop the Organ Presets feature,
because it was difficult to use. When one has 128 programs to select
from, why bother with this clumsy method?

Yes, this is the best way. It has the added bonus that one can change
the Gain (master volume), EQ, and Reverb settings, too.
