Subject:Re: Numa Organ 2
When I asked about whether the Numa 2 used the KeyB technology or not,
they said yes, it was the same technology but they have their own lab
developing it. I'm not quite sure what that meant, but I took it to
mean that they would be coming up with their own software and firmware
upgrades over time. The Numa 2 reverse preset keys can all be used for
different tonewheel organ presets. The instrument is shipped with
examples of pipe organ and transistor organs in those presets but they
can be easily overwritten with whatever you want. There is a preset
defeat button which disables them and when the instrument is in
controller mode, they can be played. I have requested lots of tweaks
from Studiologic and they appear to be listening, I hope to be able to
report some progress soon.
Cheers, Ken
