if anyone else is using VB 3 regularly, I'd love to get your input. I recently had to do a reinstall of VB3 and start from scratch with midi controller assignments. Unfortunately, the midi learn feature doesn't work consistently with my keyboard controls (Kurzweil PC3 and Casio Priva Px-5s). I've had to go into the Midi Assignments section of Set Up and set them manually. It's my understanding that once set, these assignments are effective for any preset I might be running in VB3. However, I've found that when scrolling through the factory presets, sometimes the MIDI assignments don't work. I actually have to go into the MIDI Assignments section and set up a new assignment for controlling a particular VB3 program, even though the new assignment I make is exactly the same as one already in the MIDI Assignment list. What could be going on here? is it possible that the VB3 .dll file is somehow corrupted? Has anyone else run into this problem?
