Agreed: the clavia nord is good but not as good as the keyb.

No idea about "falling outs" (hopefully not...also: there is a lot of
Joey in the mkIII sound!) however nord can do for am endorser
something that keyb can't: provide a free instrument for every gig, no
matter where.
