I can't tell which is the Vent and which is the Burn, but to my ears #02 sounds much more "open," far more 'acoustic' (rather than compressed and digital, which #01 sounds like), and the "doppler" effect of the rotating horn is far more pronounced and complex. I think if I didn't have either box, I'd go for whatever #02 is if the criteria was simply audio quality, rather than programmability.
