First of all congrats on being a dad. Make sure you play organ loud a lot while he's little, then he'll learn to sleep through it, he'll just grow up thinking it's normal. WHen I was a new dad someone gave me this advice and it payed off, my little 6 year old sleeps through anything musical now. His bedroom is right over the guitar room in my studio and I can do late reamp projects and he's fine. And make sure you take the time to really enjoy him, they grow up fast! The hammonds will still be around when he no longer wants to hang with dad, so make whatever musical sacrifices you have to, it'll be worth it.
