Subject:Re: Numa losing pitch
Maybe he could try taking the pitch wheel assembly apart and cleaning it. I've had to do that with a synth... although it was quite a bit older than the Numa. Sometimes the assembly will get dust in it and not return to "zero" position thereby leaving the instrument slightly off pitch. I don't know if the Numa has a self diagnostic program he can run or not, but if it does it should tell him what the
A 440 nominal position for the pitch wheel should be and whether the wheel has drifted slightly. That's the way my synth works anyway. Good luck.

Just another example of Studiologic's poor quality control (at least as far as the Numa organ is concerned). Its too bad, it is a great sounding clone. You would think they could fix the problems by now! Never respond to an email, no customer support at all. I was just thinking about giving it another try and then this. Hope your friend can get this resolved.

Hi there, writing for a friend…
He says his Numa suddenly went off pitch while playing. He can still
use the pitch wheel to fix it temporarily but it's not a good
solution…Rebooting doesn't help and the pitch seems to change also
switching the Leslie speed. Any idea?
