I would also refute the opinion that Roland products are just toys. That being said though I do have one ongoing complaint against them. I've gone through 3 generations of thier workstations and every one of them has ended up having problems with the dials or buttons. My latest, the Fantom X7, is probably the worst. I'll have to jiggle, plead, cajole & threaten some of the push buttons for 2+ minutes on that one before they finally give in & work (intermittantly). Allthough Roland usually has the feature set I require most, the problem with thier QC has me hesitant to get another one. If anyone knows a maintenance tip for someone of the idiot level (myself) to fix that it would certainly be appreciated.
