Problem with this site is it has been two years since it was updated. A lot has come out in that time.

Craig: If you haven't already, take a look at this site... it's really interesting and informative re: combo organs

Subject: [CWSG] Which clone has the best combo organ sounds?
Given the sad news about Ray Manzarek's passing, my 11STEPS band is going to be performing a couple of Doors tunes at this Saturday's gig; "Love Me Two Times" and "Light My Fire", both of which we've never played before, and we're doing so without a rehearsal (yikes).
I know very little about combo organs, and it's not a topic that we discuss here very often, but a lot of our new clones seem to be coming with supplementary sounds, often including combo organ voices. The new Hammond SK's, Nord C's, my Mojo and even my new VR-09 all have combo organ voices/engines, so it's on-topic as a differentiator.
I thought it might be timely to pose the question, which clones have the best combo organ sounds..? and how often do members use these sounds...? (this will be a first for me)
Anyone have any real knowledge or experience to share on this topic? What organ/tones were used on Light My Fire? (I don't think that Love Me Two Times is an organ, it's a pianet or something that sounds more like a harpsichord?).
