FWIW, I recently made a SK1 > Vent cable using the XK1 wiring diagram and it worked fine. I used Pins 1 & 3 for the audio cable (pin 1 = audio, pin 3 = audio ground), and Pins 2, 5, 7, 8 for the leslie control cable (pins 2 & 5 to ground (sleeve) for leslie detect, pin 7 = fast (ring), and pin 8 = slow (tip))

I think you can also use 2 & 5 for the audio ground (as shown in your diagram), but 3 definitely worked for me.
