Subject:VK7 sticky keys syndrome...

I'm having problems with the Roland VK7 I use in my band (not mine; it's owned jointly by the band). Some of the keys have become sticky and one, a Bb is now permanently physically stuck and therefore unplayable. I have done some research and apparently this is a known manufacturing defect (Roland used some epoxy for the key weights which never set properly), but does anyone know of a quick and cheap fix? Can I just replace one or two keys? Roland will replace the keybed at cost price, but this still seems quite an expensive solution. Any thoughts, or any experience of this?
