They settled the thing in court eventually, Fisher now has a
percentage of royalties starting from 2009 and Brooker will never want
to see him again. And actually _a lot_ of behind the scenes sneaky
actions from both parts.

A sad story that should have been settled long ago, everyone lost
eventually.
