For the last 4 or 5 years, I have been running VB3 on A Toshiba Satellite Pro with AMD dual core processor in the Reaper workstation. I also added a usb soundcard as an upgrade to improve the sound. I have loads of vst's including Kontakt, and Mr. Ray 73 on the machine.
Every week I boot up and do a live worship service with a praise band, and rarely have any difficulties.
