Dave we are on the same page, there obviously there was a "meeting of the minds', a contract signed, money exchanged, and now sellers regret.  Irrespective of what the issues are, where I am both the Elvio and Muller would have been injuncted by DMI within 24 hours of going public to avoid further reputational damage. Only the lawyers can win from here. 

But then again how often do we get watch a commercial train crash live?  Makes a change from being in one on stage!!

Add Guns and we have a song, wait Warren Zevon has beaten us to it.

I would have to respectfully disagree. Taking this public shows the immaturity of both parties as far as business is concerned. I have an MBA degree so I do know a little about this stuff. This dirty laundry should have never been aired, nothing good can come of it.
