Subject:Re: Numa Organ - was Re: new XK-1C portable organ
Gary, this was recently posted by Dave Bradley at the Keyboard Corner Forum
"I had this in an email earlier tonight from Guido:
-----------------------------------------
I promised myself that after the Burn has been completed, I will
dedicate myself to the completion of VB3 V2. Basically, it will be a
fusion of V1 and VB3CE2, with the sound of V2 and all options and
functionalities of V1 with some major improvements, such as the
possibility of saving most of the global options as preset options,
more editing parameters, etc.
The double set of drawbars per manual will remain the same, but with
organ presets programmable from within the interface and saved along
with the each preset, same as for Key Performer. Also the MIDI Learn
will be extended with new functions such as the possibility to save
and load multiple maps, assigning CC numbers from a list, etc.
It will also have the same preset management as KP with functions such
as load/save bank/preset, rename, copy, move, etc."
Cheers
Mark
>> I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for V2 of the VB3. V2 is now embedded in hardware products and I doubt that it will ever be released as a $49 VST.
