I'm not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but I think that this is the best video demo of the VR-09 so far, especially if you want to get a good sense of how the VR-09 really sounds.. it's almost 15 minutes long and it goes through a lot of the categories of sounds, and functionality, and touches on the editors.

Personally speaking, I'm not hearing the hammond sound that I want to hear, BUT the progressive rock sounds (kind of ELP-ish with percussion), and the basic rock sound (ie very overdriven Jon Lord style) have potential, and I have to think that they could be tweaked more to my liking.. The a jazz organ sound is featured as well but from my perspective also a bit on the medocre side, but opinions will vary no doubt.

We can all be very critical about what we want to hear (and I can be one of the worst) but I think you have to admit this this is one powerful keyboard for $999.
