I understand :) And I do get the part about the late night Leslie... I've been thinking about getting a Vent so I can play the B through headphones at night if I want to.
And I keep waiting for the good parts of getting older to materialize. So far the only really good part is having been able to retire.

JA, it was a late night attempt at humor. I was trying to come up with a list of advantages/disadvantages based on age alone. I would much rather play a real hammond than a clone, and do unless it's after 11PM, then it's clone and vent with a set of nearfield monitors, because as much as I love playing the sound of the real thing, I married a korean marine, and she really doesn't like the sound of a leslie underneath her when she's sleeping. I'm not sure the real thing is worth checking out her training. I do do a clone though when gigging, even though there's a CV in the garage just waiting to go out.
