Dennis: I do appreciate the humor, but I was actually being serious. I'm not a kid either, but I don't have any problem playing my B.
If I played out I'm sure I'd use a clone unless I had a couple of roadies, but at home the B is fine. I was just wondering why you'd rather play a clone, that's all.

I see a few things.
1:It's real hard to see those little preset screws on the back of the real thing
2:The hammond bench can bother the posterior quicker than one of those nice padded seats.
3:The smell of hammond oil and the smell of ben-gay mixed can make some folk nauseous
4:In the time it takes to spin a hammond up you might have to go to the bathroom once or twice.
5:related to 4, sometimes it's easy to forget whether you're on the ten seconds for start or run
6:Laying down to fill those little cups with oil can lead to cramping
7:Organs are supposed to get smaller as we get older
8:you probably don't need another organ with leakage problems right now
9:It's entirely possible you could put your car keys in a hammond bench and forget where they are
The advantages I see to going with the real thing are
1:There's a possibility you'll have something older than you in the house
2:Most clones on a stand will not take your weight when it's time to stand up, but you can easily push yourself up on a 400+ pound organ
3:Everybody has to come to your house to practice or jam since nobody's going to be willing to help you move it
4:Left hand cheek blocks are a perfect size for resting dentures
5:When your fingers drop something from your arthritis, there's a little light down there to help you find it
So as you can see the advantage definitely goes to the clone
