That’s a Roland Ax-1 keytar, late 1990’s. I like the idea of organ on a Keytar as far as thinning out the mix goes. Depending on what source you use for the sound you can control the leslie from the neck. But you lose the access to draw bars unless you mount them on a stand. Nice to see, though.

Haven't seen one of these for awhile... but ran into this live studio version of "Lover Lover" by Jerrod Niemann with a Keytar-like keyboard playing some very Hammond-sounding backing parts. Thought it was interesting... although I never cared for the Keytar "look"...
Nice to see something played live in the studio for a change instead of synch'd and overdubbed.
