Subject:Re: numa organ

I love my Numa organ.  Have had it for about 4 months.

The Fatar keyboard feels great, never realized how great watefall keys can be.  Leslie sim, overdrive, key click, leakage.  Lots of ways to tweak the sounds, and the drawbars, chorus/vibrato, etc.  have real-time response.

It's compact, lightweight.  Easy to carry, set up and play.   I haven't used the Leslie connection, so I can't speak to using it with a Leslie cabinet.  But the internal Leslie sim is good enough I decided not to spring for a vent.

I compared the sounds with Roland, Korg and a used Hammond Xk-1.  I preferred the Numa.   I found mine used on eBay for $1K US.

It's not a multi-tasker.  There's no Farfisa, pianos, or GMidi.  So,  there are times I don't gig with it as much as my Fantom or Triton.  But is is a blast to play.

I know some people have posted about software issues on these, but I have had absolutely no problems with mine.

Happy shopping!
