Looking at the vids the lid is open on the Mac in the early songs and Mainstage, if it is running at all, must be minimised, because it is not open on the screen.  In the later songs the lid is closed. There also appears to be only one USB connection on the left of the Mac, I would say based on the video evidence that the SK output is going into the mix via USB or Firewire connection to the digital interface which is controlled from the Mac. 

If this is the case then we have to accept that the organ and EP sounds are straight from the SK and not VB3 or other VST's.  I have listened to some of the archives where the Nord is used and as Chuck says the tones sound like they are straight out of the Nord.  I don't buy the conspiracy theories that
tones heard on the vid are too good to come from an SK and must be coming from VB3 or EVB3 running in Mainstage. I don't think there are many who would accept a product endorsement and then use the product just as a midi controller because the internal sounds are not good enough to use.
