Subject:VB3 lost and found

I think I'm losing my mind-maybe it's already lost.
Is it possible to use VB3 in standalone mode?
I'm trying to figure out where in the heck this thing lives on my computer and can't find it anywhere.
I can open it in my Presonus DAW but I'll be darned if I can find it simply by browsing through my hard drives both external and internal. I'm doing this so I can use it without having to open a work station or Main Stage.
I know it's a VST plug-in but I would think it would operate on it's own w/out a host.
Right or wrong?
It's obviously someplace or it wouldn't open in Presonus.
It's possible I put it someplace on install that is hidden when I look for it.
I'd appreciate any ideas that might help me with this.
