Updated Areas:
- Added the function that load and save a Patch individually.
- Editing the Custom Tonewheel has added.
- Editing the Pipe has added.
- Initial MIDI IN mode has been set at "PEDAL" (SK2 only).
- Sending Program Change of the External Zones can be on and off by MIDI - MAST - PROG parameter.
- Added display lock function.
