cantabile is working fine for me... I have loaded a 60+ song setlist with about a hundered between VST's and VSTi's (including VB3 and B4, some relatively large sample libraries, few CPU intensive plugins such as massive etc.) and it has been very solid, in terms of audio processing, latency, control over external hardware, etc.

On the other hand, yes, my PC is not as cool as an iPad :)
