The price and the size. But you know, its not that huge of a piano compared to a real grand. it looks like a miniature grand as it doesnt need strings over a harp. But the sounds were nice Roland pianos of course, the fact that it comes out of a grand style cabinet with a lid gives you the impression you are playing an acoustic grand, and the ivory grained keys were extra nice for a touch that helped your fingers not slide all over the place. Looks a lot better than a stack of x- braces if you MIDI out of it. But for organ its of course a trade off on the keys being hammer type. I still wonder who made the keys, if Fatar is the chief supplier of keys afik..

Did you like the V Piano?? If yes, what did you like, if no, what didn't you like. From the videos and demos I've seen it looks really nice... expensive, but nice.

I've played the Roland V grand with the ivory type keys. I wonder who made them for this model?
