I also feel his pain. I went to Sam Ash with a ruler. The only MIDI board I found with unweighted (organ action) and the standard 6.5" wide octave was the Novation Impulse 61. I compared the action to that of a nearby Hammond XK3c, and I thought the Novation came pretty close.

Fatar's TP80 organ action is very good, but their Studiologic implementation (VMK161) has the reputation of buggy implementation and poor product support. I believe that the Crumar Mojo, the Hamichord, and the KeyB organs all use the TP80 keybed. I do not know who supplies the Novation keybed.
