I did say his ability as a player doesn't make the keyboard any less unusual. I did say it is not laid out right for most hammond-centric players. And you missed the point about the portability. Try sticking the Nord C1-C2 in it's soft gig bag in the overhead bin. When it doesn't fit there, they'll put it in luggage and good luck with that!

The point is this satisfies another scenario; something he deals with flying all around doing dates.

As I've said twice, I'm not touting this thing as the perfect solution........... I'm just trying to give it some validity for solving the traveling dilemna.

When I saw him, he was using an older Hammond module for the sounds. Not sure which model.
