Guys, All your points are valid, for sure.

FYI, this was designed by a serious Hammond player, Jared Gold, a scary good NY player with many CDs and sessions under his belt.

I had a chance to see his first version of this at one of his gigs, and it is a very strange setup indeed. He has totally adapted to working it with the controls in their new locations, odd for most hammond-centric players. He sounded amazing on it and he was doing a traditional jazz gig with two horns and no guitar.

Of course, his abilities do not change the appeal of this keyboard controller, all it proves is that anybody can really make anything work if they want to. He had this rig folded up in a matter of minutes as we were talking and he was laughing about how he tosses it up in the overhead bin on the airplane all the time.

It's odd, it's small and light, and it works!
