Subject:Voce V5 failure and repair options

My trusty V5 failed after 12 years gigging. I replaced power supply a few months ago; last gig it made repeated distorted noise as if "remembering" a low-register key press. I got through gig by powering off then on. Extra noises have stopped, as if whatever component was dying is finally dead. Now no switches work. I have one preset, no percussion, no keyboard split. Drawbars and rotary pots still work.
1) What happened? 2) Can anyone fix it? With no schematic from Voce, Bruce Wahler says it's beyond him.
First-time post for me. Thanks for any help.
