After considering the favorable and negative reviews I am picking up a ZLX 12p  in a couple of hours.  Cost where I am is 50% of the K10's and 40% less than equivalent JBL Eon's. I run my keys through the JBL PRX615's we use for FOH and they also good so I will be a happy camper if the EV's sound as good as the JBL's.  

At the price the EV's seem like a bargain if they deliver near QSC sonics .  Plus I consider myself to be kinda lucky, the Behringer gear I own has worked flawlessly since day 1 so happy to take a punt on EV's QC particularly when they back it with a 3 year warranty.
