Thanks!
According to my bathroom scale, it weighs in at 27 lbs.
It's really solid. I decided to move one crossbar more to the center of the stand (ala XC3C) to allow more legroom (note the cutaway) in front and it didn't reduce stability at all. It's a very solid stand. The bed rail hardware goes together with a real thunk and isn't loose at all. I also added a couple 3/8" dowels to go up into the organ side panels (also ala XK3C) to keep the organ from sliding.
The wood tone of the new wood veneer versus the old legs is actually much closer in person. The new veneer looks lighter with the flash.
I see a few things I'd do differently if I had to do it all over again. (Not unless it gets stolen, I assure you.) Overall, I'm quite pleased with it.

Great job ! How much does the stand weigh ? It looks like you can 'lean'
into it like the real deal. You must be very happy with it !
Congrats on seeing it through. It is inspiring to see how you have done it.
Thanks for sharing ! Cheers/Rob
