Norm, thanks. It was all recorded live except the clav/wurly stab, which was a track of real wurly through an old mutron phaser, a track of real clav through the same mutron phaser, and also another track of clav through leslie, and the horns, which was real trumpet, I think three tracks. A beta 52 on the bottom of the leslie, and two PG57's (they roll off nicer than sm57's) about an inch from the slots up top and panned wide. This one was a fun one,but look up her original version, intimdated the heck out of us. Gary Versace did organ on that one, and played bass pedals.
