According to the manual:

Light off - Local on/Midi off
Light on - Local off/Midi on
Light blinking - Local on/Midi on

There is some interplay between the hold footswitch on the Numa and the
hold function of the slave keyboard, but if I stick to using the mod
wheel for Leslie speed control, there doesn't seem to be any problem.
The bonus is that the drawbars on the Numa match up and control the
drawbars on the Nord Stage! Still exploring................. For sure
the Midi controller features on the Numa are a little quircky but I'm
finding it quite useful.
