I've experienced what is probably the same thing as a number of other posters. Although the Pro3T and DIY low rotor was better than the VK-7 sim, it was not on a par with the VK8M sim, and most certainly not the C2/C2D, so my mine went a long time ago. I'm not sure whether the RT20 sounds better than a Pro3T/Low-Pro, but I suspect it does.

My issues with the Pro3T
- 18dB/octave crossover slope meant not enough midrange from the horn
- It tried to simulate an open back 147 with the reflective cone removed :(
- overdrive sounded nasty
- Low rotor sim was unusable. Did anyone use this?
- very difficult to set levels between upper and lower amps
- acceleration not realistic
- difficult to get speeds right - really annoying that they are inside the box!
- pyrathane belts kink if left too long without use
- Cabinet very poor quality
- Needed a lot of EQ before and after
- Too much faff with all the gear

I thought it was a great idea at the time before really good sims existed, but Motion Sound was thankfully superseded by DSP technology which is smaller, lighter and sounds better.
