Unless they were both recorded with the same setup. I thought this guy's method was quite good actually. You get a comparison of the raw organ sounds, which you could then run through your system. There is definitely degradation in an MP3, but my experience is it shows up more on drums, and things with higher frequencies than on organ, sax, etc. You lose some "sparkle" for lack of a better word. But yea, if you're spending the money trying it through your system makes sense.
