Ok Bruce you had me second guessing my ears! :) actually I have owned both, the Pianet in the 70's and I just
sold the Wurly 200 a few years back (and it didn't sound like that)! and yeah, I worked on both....you got me on that one! :)

No, it's a Pianet. (She's Not There, anyway.)

They actually sound kind of similar, because both use reeds -- similar
ones. The Wurli uses regular piano hammers, giving a wider dynamic and
tonal range. The Pianet uses sticky rubber parts that cause the keys to
vibrate when they break free.
