The Glue Reeds may not be a very good Pianet emulation in the demo video but that is what the developer says it is. And I don't know of any other instrument that uses sticky pads. Here is an bit of the their description: Glue Reeds is a virtual electric piano based on a Pianet® mechanism. Like the Wurlitzer®, it used reeds, like the Rhodes® it had individual pickups, and like no other instrument it used sticky foam pads to pull and release the reeds instead of a hammer to hit.
