I just bought this ap & exp. pack this week (29.99$ for both). It's connected to my Ipad 2 with a usb camera adapter and to  my Casio WK-7500 with USB cable. I have been having fun using it all week with out a problem. Sounds pretty decent and you can tweak the pianos. Could it be your cable or keyboard causing the problem?

By the way, what are you using to connect, the Apple camera connect thing or something else?
