Subject:Numa Organ updates

Hello all. I have been trying to perform the firmware and software updates from Studiologic in a Numa organ without any success. It seems I cannot get my computer, windows 7, to recognize the organ/device, and cannot seem to get the drivers open. Reading their instructions is all I have to go on, but I'm not getting anywhere fast. Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks in advance. Joe.
