I've had the same latency issues using VB3 as a VST plug-in in Sonar, using a fast Dual-Core Pentium with 6gig RAM and the latest ASIO drivers. Other plug-ins seem to work better, but the VB3 latency is so bad I can't use it in a multi-track composition.
