"Program Change" receiving must be switched on, "MIDI In to Lower"
must be switched off, "MIDI Global Channel" must be set to the same
number as your transmitting device in Global Mode.

Then Program Change 0 - 63 will select programs A1 to H8, Program
Change 64 - 127 will select EX programs A1 to H8.

That's all, it's not necessary to use Bank Select. Only English
Owner's Manual with code E2 from 2000 mentioned Bank Select in the
text, but not in MIDI Implementation Sheet. Owner's Manual with code
E4 printed in 2002 doesn't mention Bank Select. Also detailed MIDI
spec for CX/BX has nothing about Bank Select controller.

From this it's obvious that it was a mistake, and newer manual was
repaired.
