Came back right now from my rehearsal with the "new" bass sound…

Used a patch I had prepared with Mainstage connecting the mac directly to the bass amp, occasionally mixed in VB3's own pedalboard sound (coming from the PA) to obtain some legato. It surely sounded more like an electric bass, it was a real joy to play on some tunes and had no problem with the feet (felt harder to play when practicing home…Actually I don't thing we did the songs where I realized that so i'm not sure), had a lot of problems with dynamics, tough: the way I've setted it up (it responds to the expression pedal and the volume can be adjusted using a knob) just doesn't works as it should, will have to try a different way, the songs with a lot of "ups and downs" were nearly unplayable.

Quite curious of hearing the recording, will do in a couple of days.
