Subject:Re: Warranty and shipping on overseas orders

I just saw that Elvio weighed in, with the announcement of a Stateside service center coming soon. Good for them. Having a service center in the US may save two or three days in turnaround time and ease customs considerations a bit.

Meanwhile, while service was a consideration when I bought my Mojo, it wasn't really ever a concern, because Crumar has been very upfront with exactly what Mojo is ... a dedicated computer running a VSTi, built into a keyboard controller.

ANYTHING that could possibly go wrong with Mojo can be fixed by either a competent computer tech (which many of us already are) or by an intermediate-level keyboard technician. True, opening up Mojo without permission voids the warranty but I have RARELY had a synth, a laptop or a desktop fail within the warranty period.

I am highly confident that I could repair just about anything that could go wrong with my Mojo with perhaps a little trouble-shooting guidance from Guido and the group. Meanwhile, I'm also highly confident that, should anything go wrong within the warranty period, Crumar will foot the shipping bill both ways.

Peace,
Fox
