Hi Bruce,

I notice that my post in response to "S**t happens" has also been deleted not withstanding I changed the subject heading to "Crumar Support".

It is interesting that no reply to date made the points included in my post.  These points were:

1.   The first use of the phrase  "S**t happens" was in post 73349 in a comment to the original poster, Manuel's video.

2.   Andreaat the beginning of his post AFTER post 73349 where he says "I'm agree... unfortunately s**t happens" is a snip of the phrase from post 73349.

3.   There is no way a reasonable person could conclude from Andrea's email that the inclusion of a snip from another post to the beginning of a reply could then be construed as the official Corporate response to a product issue.  This misrepresentation is what  JA did in his post, and it continues to run unchallenged by all subsequent posters.   

I also made the point in my deleted post that the only issue outstanding and I would have thought of greatest interest here is what action Crumar have taken to get the Mojo back and whether Crumar is paying for the shipping.
