an earlier reply by another group member to the OP and it was this snip to which Andrea was
referring in his post.

Your statement that it is Andrea's response to a reported fault is WRONG. Your suggestion that the use of this colloquialism means that Crumar will not take any steps to rectify the keyboard is baseless, particularly when later the same post Andrea clearly says that the board should returned to Crumar so they can pull it apart and send the keybed back to Fatar to investigate the fault

The only issue not covered by Andrea is whether the OP or Crumar pay for the return freight. Perhaps Manuel the OP might like to let us know what Crumar has offered to to.   

We can be grateful that Andrea makes the effort to communicate with us in English rather us having to learn Italian.  BTW another Andrea you may have heard of is Andrea Bocelli - Google HIM if you haven't.
