Well, it was worth trying since that is an annoyance I had for months
(and others posted on it as well). Actually last time it happened I
screwed them very hard and the screws are still in place after a
couple of weeks.

Odd, never heard of that…I wonder if they changed keybed recently
(I'd say not: as far as I know fatar does only one waterfall keybed,
the same used in mojos, hamichords, keybs and even clavias).

I wouldn't bother sending it back for repair for something like this…
As you rightfully write you're probably not going to hear the sound at
all in a gigging situation (well, depends on the stage perhaps…).
