No, don't do that. First of all, it sounds thin and weak. Second of
all, you could damage the Vent, long-term.

Like most stereo effects, the Vent was meant to drive a high-impedance
load, usually 10Kohms or more. It was not designed to drive
headphones. If you need headphone output, send the Vent to a mixer, and
use its headphone out.
