Jack, yes I will try calling them directly, however in my experience, companies who ship products to Canada aren't always aware of certain duties or custom brokerage fees.. On a number of occasions I've had stuff shipped to me from outside of Canada and a month later been surprised by customs brokerage fees that were more than the item itself.. (generally when shipping via UPS).

So I will definately call them directly, but if anyone has any personal experience with this, I would really appreciate whatever info you have. Thanks.
