Maybe the UK is unique then (or the venues I play in). I've only seen
a couple of LED rigs in use, most of the venues (or typically bands
carting their own stuff) are on heat heavy incandescents - LED would
be so much less horrendous to play under!

Another explanation is that I play at and visit smaller gigs, with
less lighting. Again, probably an artefact of the developing
shun-anything-of-value-UK.
